Terms of Service

Welcome to Hypora. These terms govern use of our website and purchases through our online store. They should be read alongside our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. About Hypora

Hypora is a UK-based online retailer offering home, lifestyle and other consumer products. Our website is hypora-store.myshopify.com. Email: support@hyporahub.com. Please contact us for our business correspondence address.

2. Use of the website

When ordering, you must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract and provide accurate contact and delivery information. You must not attempt to interfere with the website's security, integrity or operation.

3. Products and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability accurate. Appearance and colour may vary slightly with your display but goods must match their description. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options and will not substitute goods without your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We show the total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery costs, before an order is submitted. Payment methods are those offered at checkout. We do not charge additional amounts without your agreement.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you offer to buy the selected goods. We send an order acknowledgement to your email address. If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailability, a clear price error, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason, we will let you know and refund any payment received for goods we cannot supply.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Some products are fulfilled through overseas partners. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed before purchase, we will deliver within 30 calendar days. Hypora bears the risk of loss until the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier. Further details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

For most online purchases of goods, UK consumers can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods and must return them within a further 14 days. Some statutory exceptions may apply. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains how to cancel and seek a refund. Separate statutory rights apply to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Product safety

Follow the instructions and safety information supplied with products and use them only as intended. If you believe an item is defective or unsafe, stop using it and contact us. We do not exclude our legal responsibility to supply safe, satisfactory and accurately described products.

9. Intellectual property

Our original content and branding belong to Hypora or are used under licence. You may use our website for personal shopping. Commercial use or copying of protected content without permission or another legal basis is not allowed.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Our store is powered by Shopify and offers the payment methods displayed at checkout.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future orders as our business or the law changes. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights arising under an existing order.

13. Governing law and complaints
